"Awesome! True professional! Extremely knowledgeable about the Austin market these are superlatives that’ll you’ll hear about most real estate agents when you read a review. Brandy is all these and beyond. What makes her stand out is. 1) very very genuine and honest (we valued this the most) 2) extremely patient 3) knack of connecting with you and your needs 4) highly professional (she does what she says she’ll do in a timely manner and if she’s busy, she always told us when she’s available and stuck to the schedule) We were trying to relocate to Austin from CA with 3 kids and needed every help we can get to ensure we get the right house with so much at stake. We went through 3 agents (the first person was very nice, but didn’t have good knowledge about the area we were looking for), 2nd had lots of good references online but assigned us a junior person to work with, 3rd was an uber aggressive realtor who could get u the deal you want, but wasn’t patient and seemed to push us in the direction she wanted us to go rather than understanding our need). And then we ran into brandy through a colleague's referral. We hit it off immediately and like we stated earlier she was genuine, patient, and the boy she knew inside out about the places we were looking for. We knew we could trust her with our search remotely from CA. We are not kidding. She found time to visit every house we wanted to see and gave us a full review. But the icing on the cake was the nearly hour-long videos she took of the entire house with commentary about every aspect of the house that mattered to us. We were able to replay these videos multiple times and compare videos of multiple houses and I would say without these videos, we wouldn’t have been able to put in an offer without seeing the house and got the first house we put in an offer. We got the keys 3 days after we moved to Austin! Her focus on honesty, professionalism and just being nice to people can also be found in the team she built to support her and also the referrals she gave us for all the areas relevant to relocation."
